This is my home coffee set up for pour over coffee. The Bodum glass carafe and Breville burr grinder are highly recommended. We weigh the water and coffee grounds until we get a good ratio/grind level for a single origin roast. Its just like following a recipe.
Yes, it is complicated. The goal is to get it the way you like it. And because people use many methods to brew coffee, and equipment is so various, it is hard to follow established recipes. That's where the fun begins.
